What if my insurance isn't on the list?
The carriers above are our primary in-network relationships. Many regional
plans are administered through these carriers and may still be in-network.
Use our online coverage check, or text or email us a photo of the front and
back of your insurance card and we'll verify your coverage at no charge.
What does "in-network" actually mean for me?
When MindRefined is in-network with your plan, your insurer reimburses us at
the contracted rate, and you typically pay only the copay, coinsurance, or
deductible your plan specifies. We bill the insurance company directly.
Do you offer self-pay rates?
Yes. We welcome self-pay patients and will provide a written Good Faith
Estimate before your first appointment, as required by federal law. Contact us
for current self-pay rates.
Will my insurance cover telehealth?
In most cases, yes. Florida-based plans broadly cover synchronous video
telehealth for behavioral health and psychiatry, often at the same rate as
in-person visits. We'll confirm specifically for your plan during benefits
verification.
Do I need a referral from my primary care doctor?
Most PPO and EPO plans do not require a referral. Some HMO plans do. We'll
check your specific plan when we verify your benefits.
What about Medicare Advantage plans?
We accept many Medicare Advantage plans through our partner networks. We'll
verify your specific plan's coverage before scheduling.
